The site of one of the nation’s first vasoline manufacturers, this contaminated property had been idle for a generation. Local developer ETC Management partnered with the City of Perth Amboy and the Perth Amboy Redevelopment Agency to create a vibrant residential project with new luxury residential units, spectacular waterfront views, and access along the Raritan River.
