The area presents a unique opportunity for the Town of Morristown as it is close to many of Morristown’s existing and planned assets, including the downtown, the Town Green, the NJ Transit station, the Whippany River, Patriots Path, retail and civic facilities, and regional highways.

The project provides for a level and quality of development that will transform the Spring Street from its former condition of auto-related underutilized land to a higher quality residential apartment with a more comfortable pedestrian environment with public improvements.
