Meridia Village Commons, located along the Valley Street corridor, is a new three to five-story mixed-use redevelopment that includes 106 new residential units, including live/work units. Additionally, the project includes affordable housing, retail space, streetscape improvements, and on-site parking. Meridia Village Commons came to be as a result of the 4th + Valley Redevelopment Plan and provides high quality development within close proximity to Downtown South Orange.
