Justin is a certified planner by the American Institute of Certified Planners and a certified zoning official where he seeks to blend sustainable development with physical design to meet the goals of municipalities, developers, and residents as well as enhance the development process to be more efficient and instructive. Over his 5 years with Topology, Justin has gained a wide range of experience and has developed and evolved his technical writing, research, project management, and customer service skills to facilitate high-level reviews and deliverables. Justin’s areas of expertise include land use application review, technical writing, ordinance drafting, land use law, permit review, and zoning inspections.
Before joining Topology, Justin served as an intern for the Old Bridge Township Planning and Zoning Department, where he assisted in development plan review and provided research and writing for Township ordinances. Justin was a member of the Phi Keta Kappa Honors Society from Brookdale Community College and was also on the Dean’s List at Rutgers University both in 2019 and in 2020. In his free time, Justin enjoys playing basketball, listening to music, watching sports and traveling.
