Haydee Puell is a dynamic administrative professional with a wealth of experience spanning over 15 years in various administrative and management roles. Currently, she is enthusiastic about broadening her skill set to encompass Human Resources.

In her most recent position as the Director of Admissions at Capri Institute (Clifton, NJ) from October 2016 to March 2019, Haydee took charge of the admission process. Her responsibilities included overseeing systems to facilitate prospective student visits, testing, interviewing, and assisting students with the FINAID process.

Prior to that, from August 2005 to October 2015 in New York, NY, Haydee served as the Assistant Director of the Federal Student Loan Counseling Department at TCI College. In this capacity, she conducted thorough reviews on guarantee agency default activity reports and monthly enrollment submissions to the National Student Loan Clearinghouse. Acting as a liaison and advocate, she assisted student loan borrowers in resolving cases of delinquent payments by coordinating with lenders, loan services, and guaranty agencies.

Haydee’s noteworthy accolades include consistent recognition for excellent overall performance at TCI College in 2009, 2010, and 2011, along with the honor of Excellent Team Leader Performance Cohort 2011 in 2012.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Haydee values quality time spent with her children and pets.
