Alisha is an experienced operations and finance member with a demonstrated history of working in education and non-profit sectors. She is skilled in Operations, Volunteer Management, Data Analysis, Sustainability, and Leadership. Alisha is particularly adept at Business Operations, including Finance, Operations, IT, and HR. At Topology, Alisha manages budgets, conducts financial forecasting, oversees the company's DEI committee, supports marketing and HR, and leads IT and operations functions.
Before working at Topology, Alisha served at Rutgers University supporting the Associate Vice Chancellor for Enrollment Services with budgets and as an HR Liaison. In 2018, Alisha co-founded Greener JC, an environmental and sustainability non-profit, where she managed the organization's financial reporting, working as the founding treasurer and recently served as board advisor. Alisha has also spent time working in education, previously working in Newark Public Schools. In this role, she provided support for 1,200 students, analyzing testing data, managing orders, handling finances, and coordinating and overseeing programs, trips, and more.
Alisha has participated in the Forte Foundation Rise Leadership Program and serves on a number of boards, including the Bryn Mawr Club New York City, Embracing You, and Greener JC. She has also been the recipient of several awards, including her most recent AFP 2023 Grant.
